After an
order is placed it is immediately processed. Once
an order has begun processing additional part numbers
cannot be added to the order. A new order will have
to be opened. |

for Will Call Orders/Pick-Ups are: Monday-Friday
10:00am to 5:00pm (pick-ups before 10:00am require
prior day notification), Saturday and Sunday - closed. |

of processed orders/pick-ups may result in a 20%
re-stocking fee. |

and Handling: |

All
shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer. |

Express
delivery available upon request. |

"Account
on hold" status will be applied to any account with
a refused delivery until additional freight charges
are paid. |

| Receiving: |

packages must be inspected immediately upon delivery. |

Damage
claims must be filed with the carrier. |

Wholesale is not responsible for any part numbers
that have superceded to a new number at a higher
price. Bert's Wholesale does not guaranteee pricing.

A
20% restocking fee applies to all returns. |

Tools,
manuals, decals, inner tubes, mounted tires, carb
parts, electrical parts, opened parts or parts mission
original packaging cannot be returned.
NO EXCEPTIONS. |

Returns
must be received at Bert's Wholesale no later than
7 days of notification date. |
•
|
In order
to allow us to meet our vendors return policy we
ask that you DO NOT make any markings or adhere any
labels or tape to original packing. |

| Eligibility |

Bert's
Wholesale sells only to approved motorcycle/ATV/watercraft
retail businesses operating on a full time basis
in an established permanent business location. Approved
dealers must provide a state resale number of state
business license. Approval of accounts shall be as
the sole discretion of Bert's. Accounts may be modified
or closed at any time, with our without cause. State
tax will be applied to any account without proper
documents. |
