The wait is finally over! Polaris® finally unveiled their new 2020 Polaris® RZR lineup which welcomes the totally redesigned Polaris® RZR Pro XP to the RZR family. This new RZR delivers the next level of performance in agility, capability, and versatility. The RZR Pro XP comes in 3 different models: Base, Premium, and Ultimate. Polaris® has once again set the bar high for what a SXS is capable of. You are definitely going to want to get your hand on one of these machines. Frame/Cage:
Polaris® wanted their new Polaris® RZR Pro XP to be all about quality so they wanted the frame and cage to be ideal. The frame is one piece that is welded together with 2” main tubing and 1.75” cross braces. The wheelbase is longer which helps with adding leg room. It comes with an 8-point cage that is still able to be bolted on.

Suspension:
The RZR Pro XP has a suspension that is stronger than any other RZR. It has a leading 22” of usable suspension travel on a 64” side x side. This is the kind of suspension event you can actually use before bottoming out on the skid plate-like our competitors. Travel 17” up front and 20” in the rear.
Body:
The body of the RZR Pro XP is completely different than the rest of the RZR family. To start, the RZR weighs a little more at 1736 lbs dry. The doors are much bigger and have more light detail in the front and rear of the vehicle. This RZR also has a skid plate added for full coverage.
Interior:
The interior of the Polaris® RZR Pro XP is completely redesigned to provide ease for the driver and passenger. It has a lower seating position, six-point retractable harnesses, a steering wheel with all controls within reach of the driver, and all in an additional four inches of width and six inches of length to the Pro XP cockpit. The driver will have the ultimate comfort driving this machine around. There is also more dash storage, a bigger glove box, and a latching center console so you can have more storage space when riding.

Seats:
The seats in this machine received a total redesign to provide the most comfort and adjustability for the driver and passenger. The seats on this RZR are a one-piece design where the seat cushions are broken up to increase maximum airflow. Both seats are able to recline to three different levels with two-bolt adjustments. The driver’s side has a seat slider to provide more adjustability than any other RZR. The driver will now have more leg room during rides. These seats provide so much comfort that you will want to ride for hours.
Engine:
The all-new engine for the RZR Pro XP is rated at 181 horsepower! It is ultimately the fastest machine in the RZR family! It has a larger turbo which creates more boost because it is water-cooled for more reliable cooling and heat dissipation. The ignition coil is now also part of the spark plug cap.
Transmission:
Since the Polaris® RZR Pro XP is a heavier vehicle, Polaris® had to modify the transmission to match the weight and aggressiveness of the vehicle. This RZR has much bigger gears with stronger Koyo bearings. The clutch uses roller pucks instead of the noisy metal sliders and more venting was added to cool the belt.
Chassis:
The Polaris® RZR Pro XP has the strongest chassis in the industry. The Pro XP measures at 96” of stable wheelbase (6” longer than the old chassis), but it comes with better agility, including improvements in off-tracking, ramp over angle & turning radius. Is adds straight-line stability and improves agility and versatility.
Clutch:
The clutch on the Polaris® Pro XP got a major upgrade compared to the rest of the RZR lineup. It is two times as durable due to the primary rollers being larger and flings debris away from the clutch. The clutch cover has retained bolts and the seal has been moved inside the cover so that it is easier to install them properly.
Lights:
The all-new and improved LED lighting on the RZR Pro XP not only enhances visibility but also gives this machine a whole new signature look. The RZP Pro XP has New LED headlights, running lights, and taillights. All the lights are backlit with blue LED accent strips to give it the ultimate illumination at night making the vehicle look incredible.
